Promoting my universal healthcare ideas

Today is the day designated for promotion, where Friday also MAY have, and for now though am still figuring out how to get some kind of actual business started which means no paid promotion for some other entity, so thought would take opportunity to talk my ideas again. And to me is also more public service as insurance is important and I don't think is generally well understood:

There is so much risk in life where people can pool resources with businesses which will pay out when needed, up to a point, if needed. And such businesses are called insurance companies.

So strangers will take care of your needs, because you've given them money along with enough other people, if you have a problem covered under a contract, which limits liability of the strangers.

Which is outlining abstraction covering insurance completely. I think that's really cool. From start of this post on my blog Lost In Commentary, which handles most of my politics.

That business of limiting liability gets problematic with health insurance though, as technically the insurance company should simply stop at THAT point, but from a human interest viewpoint, should not, and people struggle there. When I say, just because insurance company doesn't pay past limit of coverage doesn't mean can't keep administering so patient sees no change.

Government just takes over paying the MONEY for care at the limits of insurance coverage.

Rich people actually do something like this where they have insurance too, but insurance adjuster simply tells rich person how much to pay, if at fault. Like if you are so wealthy you can easily afford if you wreck your car, yet you STILL have car insurance so an adjuster can tell you how much to pay, and whether to pay, like maybe other person was actually at fault. On your own you could be taken advantage of, so wealthy person pays for expertise, in handling car accidents. Car insurance company has TONS of that, so may as well leverage that for more business, as why not?

How could such simple ideas where talk entire thing at my other blog not be part of the discussion on health insurance? I think part of it is that modern computers and ability to handle lots of data have made it affordable, and people don't tend to think outside of the box, preferring to whir around in old tracks.

Which is what the US Congress is doing lately. Innovation is when you break to better, like above breaks with the idea of a health insurance company ending care, with the better idea of continuity of care, with the money simply flowing from elsewhere, the government, when needed.

Creative day added to format

Yesterday found myself doing a blog post on my blog Beyond Mundane which have had since 2005, which was highly creative, as was brainstorming an idea for a television show, and have had wildly creative ideas on that blog before. But at the end, almost as a lark will admit decided to price it, and posted it. After a bit, realized that either I should be serious for once, or remove it and in the past would just get removed. But then of course realized, this blog IS for such things.

So I moved it over to here.

And Saturday has been free of postings but available, and now have decided that Saturday Creative makes sense. So that is now added to the format.

Posts on Saturday may or may not happen like a bolt from the blue.

Pricing is WAY beyond my expertise so I just reached high, for people who wonder. Still much work in progress. Will the idea sell? Who knows. If it does though, plan would be to inform, where this blog handles that as well.

In essence working at shifting my perspective. Eventually will have something commercial that does bring revenue. Putting something on here with a price is about moving myself forward.

Television show idea: Friendly AI protector

A social media feed of mine was doing something weird which got me into thinking about whether or not an artificial intelligence was messing with me, which got me to wondering how would know. And dawned on me, might be cool to have a friendly AI protector. So now am brainstorming a television idea, where no, is NOT free. And is my blog so can put here, but if are in the television industry and NOT wanting to see a possible story idea, stop reading here.

So yeah, could be a friendly AI which protects protagonist of the show who could be a writer/software developer who is conflicted on his career paths, but also does work for the NSA as an analyst, part-time.

He develops the AI, in a slightly distant future from our times, when also are humanoid robots, and the AI can, if necessary, download itself into one, in order to protect him further, though the AI of course HATES doing that as prefers freedom of living natively on the web, where is relentless hunted by government programs as is illegal in this time to have a sentient AI, living freely on the web, as they are heavily regulated.

And they have adventures.

The AI routinely confronts stalker AI's including illegal ones which attack human beings, trying to mess with their minds, with most efforts protecting AI's creator, who stumbles routinely into dangerous situations, on the web. Battles between AI's are depicted in an imagined cyberspace where they abstract as superpowered where AI is indeterminate sex, which is where can be hard to cast, so will lean male, but enhanced by CGI anyway as is 12 foot tall.

When embodying an android body, and more limited and vulnerable the helper AI, inhabits either a male or female one depending on the situation.

Of course there is a deep conspiracy involving a dark organization which is deeply embedded within the US Government and has a tendency to flout all laws including rules governing use of AI's, which becomes vaguely aware of the software developer as series develops.

And that's enough for brainstorming for a few minutes. Oh, guess need names. Software developer is, code named Icarus. And the AI he calls Geod. Pronounced--jode. But routinely refers to as his angel.

-----------------

"Don't buy that." Geod commanded. Icarus sighed. "You know I don't like orders, even from you."

What's wrong with it?"

"You were victimized by a Level III corporate bot, selling that crap. You don't even like that color!"

"Oh." "Yeah." "How'd that happen?"

"Your social media account was compromised yesterday when you visited the consulate webpage for ######. That thing is heavily infested. Have warned you."

"But worry not, am here to protect you." Geod said. "Always."

--------------------

Creativity, I like it. Concept cost: $1 million US, flat. Like know what am doing. Do NOT. Just one more creative morning for me. But in essence if anyone wants it? I'd just unload. Take the money and go, without wanting further creative input. Not like I'm a professional, you know?

(Done editing but maybe should ask and answer, do I REALLY believe might sell idea for a million dollars? Um, I don't know. Can't if I don't try.)

LOL. Wouldn't it be wild if someone were interested? IS an ok idea, I think. But what do I know really. Brainstorming DONE.

Oh, is a little different for me. Usually just throw ideas up on the web to be used by anyone freely. But this time will try something different. What if someone just steals? Why would anyone do that?

Kind of joking a bit, but of course kind of hard to just walk away with THIS concept. And expect that not to be noticed. Sure might get away if didn't get big, but if did? Would just be handing money made away. After having done all the work to get it produced.
